There are so many benefits to staging your home! Here are just a few.
1. BUYERS, BUYERS and MORE BUYERS! Real Estate is a numbers game and attracting the most amount of buyers not only leads to an increase in demand for the home, but increases the probability that the home will sell quicker and for top dollar.
2. Showcasing a home. Staging is not design - it is MARKETING! It is used to show buyers the true potential of a space. Color, furniture placement, and flow are all elements that showcase a room and a space. Many buyers aren't able to visualize living in a vacant or cluttered home.
3. Staging is an INVESTMENT NOT A COST! This is a huge deal because Staging usually costs less than the first price decrease in the list price. It is an investment in the sale of a home. Wouldn't you rather bring your home to the market the right way the first time - with Staging and professional grade pictures? After all, most buyers start their home search online.

I am so excited to be in this industry. I left the banking industry to pursue this exciting career that I am truly passionate about. I am a very hard-working individual and want to use my creativity to stage and market a home to feel warm and inviting. Buyers decide if they like a home within the first 8 seconds of being inside. My goal is to wow them in those first 8 seconds. I also want to help buyers choose their home by helping them visualize their next home! I joined this industry to help people and make them as comfortable as possible through their real estate transactions. A staged home is a happy home!

Report is provided same day as walkthrough if desired.
Product: A detailed report including all of my expert recommendations that will help the home SELL faster and for more money.
Homeowner makes all the changes.
Fee is $75/hour and it generally takes 1-2 hours.
Occupied Staging
For occupied homes only.
Includes a complimentary walkthrough and quote.
Product: A Staged home primarily using the homeowners furniture that will help the home SELL faster and for more money. Homeowner's furniture may be rearranged and / or removed determined by Stager.
If Stager needs to include additional furniture or decor, there will be a minimal additional monthly rental fee.
Homeowner responsibilities to be discussed in person (dependent on the home specifics).
Stager to complete the full staging.
Fee is $75/hour with a 1 hour minimum. Generally takes 3-5 hours.
Vacant Staging
For vacant homes only.
Includes a complimentary walkthrough and quote.
Product: A Staged home using the Stager's furniture that will help the home SELL faster and for more money.
Homeowner responsibilities to be discussed in person (dependent on the home specifics).
Stager to complete the full staging.
Fee will vary as every home is unique. Call or email for a quote.
There will be a monthly furniture rental fee that is dependent on the furniture and decor used.
